The 14th European Conference on Superplastic Forming (EuroSPF 2021) will take place in Cádiz (Spain) from the 15th to the 17th of September 2021. It will be organised by the University of Cadiz, Spain.

The organising committee together with the advisory committee wish to promote this year's edition of EuroSPF, providing a meeting place for the dissemination of current work on superplasticity and superplastic forming.

The EuroSPF 2021 congress will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to present and attend all sessions in person and online.

The two keynote sessions will be led by Professor Lin Jianguo of Imperial College London, and Carlos Pérez, industrialist at the Airbus plant in El Puerto de Santa María

We are pleased to announce that the organising committee and the journal Crystals have reached a collaboration agreement to include the congress articles in a topic (https://www.mdpi.com/topics/superplastic_forming), which includes the journals Crystals, Metals and Eng. Conference participants will receive a CHF 400 discount on the ACP of the journals and will participate in two CHF 300 awards for the best articles.

The EUROSPF is a conference focused on all aspects related to the superplasticity of materials and the Superplastic Forming. Since 2001, it has been annually organised by different universities and institutions of France, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Liechtenstein and Italy. The Conference aims to serve as a referential and meeting point around the superplasticity and the superplastic forming, giving the participants the opportunity to show their current works and promoting future collaborations.

During the Conference, an industrial visit to the Airbus Factory in El Puerto de Santa María, which holds the SPF workshop, will be programmed.

Registration will open on 1st of May 2021. At that time we will be able to announce the conference format. Registration fees will be adjusted in case an in-person conference format would not be possible.

Participants are asked to register to the EuroSPF 2021 Conference by filling in the on-line form by the sciencesconf platform and paying the registration fee. Payment details will be provided by e-mail after the registration.
